Purchases

Not all purchases are shipped directly from TheBookDork.com.  We are registered Amazon.com Associates which means if we do not have your item directly in our inventory then your order will be filled by an Amazon.com approved seller.  Using this channel allows us to offer the greatest selection to our customers while still providing great shipping rates and customer service.

Payments

For all items directly in our inventory you will have the option to pay via Paypal.  Paypal payments allow you to make payments via credit card or through your checking account.  A Paypal account may be required.  For items not directly in our inventory you can make payment via your Amazon.com account.  We do not accept cash, check, or money order.

Returns

All items may be returned within 30 days for refund.  If the return is due to our error a full refund (item price + shipping) will be issued.  All other returns will be for item price only.  Return shipping costs are the buyers responsibility.  Returns must be received in the same condition as they were sent.
